Shipping & Delivery Policy

This policy explains how HENLEY PLUMBING LIMITED (trading as Henleyph) processes and delivers orders placed on henleyph.shop. All orders are priced and charged in US dollars (USD).
Order processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Most orders are picked and dispatched within 1–3 business days of payment being confirmed.
During busy periods or for bulk orders, processing may take a little longer. If we expect a delay, we will email you.
Delivery timeframes
Estimated transit times after dispatch (these are estimates, not guarantees, and exclude processing time):
- United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Delivery times can be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance and remote destinations, which are outside our control.
Shipping costs & free shipping
Shipping is calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight, and is shown before you pay. Orders with a subtotal of $55 USD or more qualify for free standard shipping to eligible destinations.
Any import duties or taxes (see Customs below) are separate from the shipping cost shown at checkout.
Tracking
Once your order ships, we email a confirmation with a tracking number and a link to follow your parcel. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become active. If you have not received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, contact us at support@henleyph.shop.
Customs, duties & taxes
For international orders, the recipient is the importer of record and is responsible for any import duties, taxes or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping charges and are not refundable by us. Please check your local rules before ordering.
Damaged, lost or incorrect parcels
We pack carefully, but if your order arrives damaged, please keep the packaging and email us photos within 48 hours of delivery so we can arrange a replacement or refund.
- Wrong item received: we will send the correct item and cover return postage of the incorrect one.
- Tracking shows delivered but not received: contact us and we will open an investigation with the carrier.
Undeliverable & returned parcels
If a parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts or an unclaimed package, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-shipping charge may apply. Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
Address changes
If you need to change your delivery address, email us as soon as possible. We can usually update it before dispatch, but once a parcel has shipped we cannot change its destination.
