Henleyph sells consumer gardening hardware and accessories — planters, trays, brackets, shelving, labels, hand tools and kits. We do not sell live plants, seeds, soil, fertiliser or pesticides, and we do not provide plumbing, heating, gas, installation, maintenance or repair services.

We make no claims about plant yield, germination, growth, air purification, pest control or health outcomes. Products are sold for their described, ordinary domestic use.

We take care to describe products, dimensions and load ratings accurately. Photographs are illustrative; colours may vary slightly with your screen and with natural materials. Any plants shown in images are for styling only and are not included.

Items that bear weight — rail brackets, the shelf riser and pot hangers — are supplied with stated load ratings and fitting cards. You are responsible for:

• Checking that your rail, wall or ceiling is sound and suitable;
• Following the fitting instructions and not exceeding load ratings;
• Using suitable fixings for your surface.

We are not liable for damage or injury resulting from incorrect installation, unsuitable fixings or exceeding stated limits.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude any import duties or destination taxes. Shipping is calculated at checkout. We may update prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers (such as Stripe and PayPal). Your statement will show HENLEYPH BALCONY LAB. We do not store full card numbers.

Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order or dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock or a pricing error occurs), in which case we will refund any payment taken.

Delivery is governed by our Shipping & Delivery Policy and returns by our Returns & Refund Policy, both of which form part of these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud). Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

All content on henleyph.shop, including text, images, logos and designs, is owned by or licensed to HENLEY PLUMBING LIMITED and may not be copied or used without permission.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales. This does not remove any consumer protection rights you have in your country of residence.
